Review content:
I went to this salon because they could get me in on a Sunday and I really needed a color and cut. The styalist was young but had a cute hair syle herself and talked like she knew what she was doing. I've been getting my hair colored the same way for years and told her exactly what I wanted which was lo and high lights and wanted absolutely no brass color in my hair. She ended up using the wrong developer and my hair only lifed half way which left me with a head full of copper/brass hair. The hair cut was horrible. It was uneven and had no style to it all. Then proceded to take an hour blowdrying my hair flat as a board. After being in the chair for four hours, I left. I had to come if for two additional appointment to have my hair fixed by another styalist who gave me a good cut, but unfortunately had no knowledge of color and I still ended up with brassy red/brown hair. By that time, my hair was so damaged that all I could do was let it be. I would never go back there again. Plus, they hardly speak English.
