I only joined this site to comment on Wethergage Property Management. My roommate and I rented a house managed by Steve Wetherby for two years, up until just a few months ago, and it was a 100 percent positive experience. We had plumbing repairs twice at the house which were handled in a timely manner, and there were serious problems with the pool at our rental, which Wethergage kept after until the entire pool was finally completely resurfaced and the pump and other mechanical parts of the pool were replaced. Wethergage is a busy management company, but I believe that they do their utmost to take good care of the properties they manage and their tenants.
Pros: Very responsive to all our needs as renters.
