I've read the previous negative reviews - much to my horror - but have to say my experience was polar opposite. Very engaged, knowledgeable staff - desiring to help. For free, they wrapped the item I purchased, as it was a gift. Lots of interesting toys you won't find at Target or Walmart.
Perhaps they're trying to make up for what happened to the woman who wrote the negative review below. And for that, I applaud them. It's working.
