I'm planning on moving ASAP. Having been one of the worst communities I have ever lived in, gives me the earnest desire to say good riddance to this cesspool. Management does not care about it's residents. They only want a check from you. Last year there was a home invasion were women were tied up and assaulted, then robbed at gunpoint. One of my friends had his trailer broken into while he was at church and he lost many family heirlooms and tools. They raise lot rent here on a whim, yet they offer no services or amenities. Yes, there is a pool which has not been cleaned or in operation for over 2 years. They have illegal water sub-meters which go to some company in Clearwater, Florida instead of Metro Nashville. They also have many overgrown trees with dead limbs that fall on roofs causing leaks. They will not cut the trees down b/c of cost $1500-3000 per tree. Most of the good residents have left, or plan on leaving so all that will be left here are the criminals, disabled, elderly, other poor people who can't afford to move. The previous comment from Mona also has validity and is still relevant.
