The management changes affect the entire way a tenant may or may not deal with an issue. Most that have worked through here in the past year have no concern or consideration to care for anything a tenant has to say to them in order to fix a pretty simple issue. (With the exception of one, all others have failed). Neighbors? Quite annoying. Upstairs neighbors seem to have forgotten the consideration needed not to disturbed downstairs ones at 3am with obnoxious stomping/falling/loud noises that jerk you awake from a decent sleep. Notifications of upcoming projects around the complex seem to fall by the wayside as well. The banister for the breezeway will need fixing but instead of sending out a note to the building, we are subjected to simply being violently woken at an early hour because of loud, echoing hammering and louder conversation by the workers. Pest control has forgotten to come by for quite a few months and I am getting tired of killing bugs on my own. If you live in a building with teens, good luck. Having tons of friends over on a weekend is normal... having them throw up in the building area where everyone can see it and be obnoxious and loud after curfew with no consideration for everyone else is frustrating.
