Terrible!!! I'm a woman and have had several systems and video entertainment in my cars. Years ago I started going to car concepts and worked with the manager at the time Wayne. He was awesome. Now Ryan the owner runs it and what an errogant ass. He walked me around for 5 minutes and told me what I was getting and the ticket was $4000. Wihich was fine I have money. I asked him a question about where something would be installed at. I have kids and always have stuff in the vehicle. He said wherever it ends up and walks away. I went to the install dept. to ask the same question. The installers were foul and reeeeked of pot. I'll be damned if they were to touch my new Tahoe or get any of my money. Good thing I hadn't paid yet. Cuz I know I never would've got a refund. I seen my keys I took them and left forever. I ended up having it done at an awesome shop while we were in Vegas. And ended up spending $6k because they accommodated everything I asked for.
