When we first got there, I thought it was nice. We placed our drink orders and it took a while to get them. We placed our pizza orders at the same time and an hour or so later we were hunting down someone to tell us when we would be getting them. I turned my coaster light on and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting on someone to come help us. Had we not gone to look for someone, we would have never seen another waitress/waiter after the initial order. They FINALLY brought out only two of the three pizzas we ordered right before the movie was over. After all of that, and the pizzas being only luke warm, the manager would only deduct half off the pizzas only, not the bill. Sorry place, food and service. I will NEVER go back. Alamo Drafthouse is the best!
