I've visited this restaurant 4 times so far, and the service was always horrible everytime I went there. Today, I ordered a chicken udon, and had to wait for 20 mins during lunch time. Last time they had a lunch rush, so it was understandable except my server didn't check upon me until I left the restaurant. BUT, today was not even busy at all (there was less than 10 customers). While I was waiting, my waiter didn't even check upon me until I asked him for more water. When I asked him for water, he stared at me for 30 sec like I asked him for something wrong. The worst thing was people who came later than me got their food way ealier than me. Don't go there if you are expecting a high quality service. The servers are horrible, and they just don't know how to serve their customers. The quality of food is just okay, and the price is not bad.
Pros: portion of bento (lunch box)
Cons: horrible service, food comes late!
