Review content:
My husband and I started our experience with Landsculptors because of a deal they had on LivingSocial. Upon my first phone call with the company I knew I wouldn't receive exceptional services, because they called me back twice, thinking we hadn't spoken before, even though we had already set an appointment for a consult. We proceeded because we had already purchased the voucher from LivingSocial. Throughout the consultation the woman with whom we worked was pushy and trying to upsell my husband and myself even after we were explicit with our budget and the importance of cost efficiency. (our budget was $2000) We were promised a drawing later that week. Two weeks later after I made multiple calls, we received a drawing that didn't follow any of our requests and an estimate for $8,000. After talking to the company and dealing with their unwillingness to adapt to our budget, my husband and I worked with LivingSocial to get a refund. We have since gotten estimates from other landscapers in town that have been prompt and well within our budget. I wouldn't recommend Landsculptors to anyone, ever. Also, the ""designer"" spelled the word ""gravel"" wrong in our draw up. Twice.
