We switched from WasteMgt to Patriot 2 years ago. We have never had a problem with them. We have alley pickup, and the only time I haven't had it picked up was for nonpayment. The only downfall, no notifacation of missed payment. I call, make over the phone payments on Wednesday and have trash picked up on my regular day of Thursday. Even when we had a tree down after storms blocking one end of the alley, t hey came through, and backed back out of the alley. They even helped me carry a large item from my carport to the truck when they saw me struggling to beat them to the trash can! Now that they are bought out by WM, I am sad to see them go. When we had WM before, you could bet that we would not be picked up at least once a month. Sad to see Patriot go.
