I got my windshield replaced at TechnaGlass in Taylorsville off of Bangerter. They called me 2 days before the appointment that they needed to know what kind of windshield I needed. I went to the actual store the day before and asked to talk to the manager or one of the techs who installs the windshields. I was told by the receptionist when she went to talk to the manager that they already had the windshield ordered so I came in the next day for my appointment. Of course I would've thought everything was okay but after I left TechnaGlass I kept having to adjust my rearview mirror. It wasn't until I had a second opinion that the fact that the mirror was too high and it wasn't just me making a big deal out of it. So, the next day I had my partner take my car back in to their shop. They said it would be a 5 minute job but it ended up being longer then that....(You're just moving the mirror, right?). After the work was all done I noticed a burnt smell in my car. When I looked to check on the work there was a huge hole cut into my headliner. They didn't even bother to let us know what they did until we called them on it. Also, the fact that this all started because there was no communication from the beginning that the windshield was not even the right one for my vehicle. I don't recommend you go to TechnaGlass. Yes, there are a few people who made positive feedbacks but this experience has really made me not a fan on recommending their services to anyone else.
