I paid Modern Glow Floors $2,700 to re-do living room, dining room, hallway and 2 bedrooms. They had put a filler in-between the floor boards and after a few months it started to come up. I called them to let them know the issue and they wanted to take zero responsibility for. I was basically told it was nothing that they did. Well, it was certainly nothing that I did either. He wouldn't even come to look at the floor. I even moved out of the house for a week so that the floor could dry properly. After talking with them numerous times on the phone he said that they would come back to see if they could do anything about it. Also saying that he didn't have to come back at all and that this will be a big expense for him. Nice guy right. Well he was always to busy to come and he in fact stop returning any of my calls. He wasn't to busy to come over to pick up the check. I would never recomend them for a floor job. He was all about getting him money but did not care to resolve the issue of poor workmanship. I have pictures of the floor to prove the poor job that was done. Do not use them...............
