Review content:
Dear Lothar, Thank you so much for taking the time to ?walk? me through troubleshooting my balcony clock. When I got home from work, I did what you suggested and bent the hammer a bit more and the pendulum swung more freely as the works were not pushed back so far into the casing. I did not dare to tell you the entire story about the UPS delivery, as you were so concerned about the safety of its arrival from Jacksonville, Florida to Reno, Nevada, hoping it would all be in one piece, which it was! There was a huge delay via UPS! The clock was shipped by truck from Florida to Arizona. Then the entire package boarded a freight train in Arizona and was to arrive in Reno, but there was a weather delay. A tornado had hit the last car of the train, causing it to derail (see enclosed article and UPS shipping history)! I have to say, when I opened the box that you had packed, all works were in place just like it was, I imagine, when it left your shop and the casing was in good condition too. No damage to ANYTHING! You are blessed with a wonderful talent, Lothar; a master craftsman taking pride in what you do, which nowadays is hard to find in a person. I?m so happy that we crossed paths in each other lives. Many blessings to you, and may you have many more years of enjoying your life. Best Regards, Cheryl Jensen Reno, Nevada
