I ordered a bridal nosegay and bridesmaid arrangement for my sister's wedding. I specifically said I wanted a bridal nosegay and that I wanted to use the flowers from one of the arrangements on her website (and told her the arrangement #). The nosegay should have included pink tulips (my sisters favorite), blue delphinium, yellow roses, and yellow lillies. There was only yellow roses and blue delphinium. But worse than that, it wasn't nearly big enough to be considered a nosegay- it was really tiny. We paid $100 for 2 tiny arrangements that looked like something I could have gotten at a grocery store for about $30. Seriously, there were only 8 roses (small ones at that) in the brides bouquet. The dozen roses my husband bought me for Valentines day from the grocery store had a bigger spread than the brides bouquet. When my mom called her to ask her what happened she said, well, the price of flowers has gone up the last two weeks (I ordered them several weeks in advance). We felt really ripped off and very disappointed. Pros: nice website Cons: poor service
