I was looking for a change and happened to stumble upon this wonderful, small, low-keyed salon -- just what I was looking for. Erica, Russell's wife, is the best hair washer/head massager ever, and she is a stylist. I use Russell to cut,color, and style my hair. He totally focuses on his client - does not talk on the phone or with sales reps. I have found this to be very unprofessional in the past. Russ takes his time with everyone is has always been on time- no waiting! For hair, the place is terrific and has great parking. Skip a manicure here - the worst!
Highly recommend for excellence in service and friendly staff.
