My girlfriend and I had a great experience w/ them, we used them to tow our car after we popped two tires after hitting a curb. the frame of the car was also bent and needed to be taken to the shop. the tow truck came to take it to bed-stuy and the driver was very nice and friendly. we could pay by credit card which was unusual because a lot of places only take cash in new york. they came quickly and made the process as easy as possible. thanks.
