Review content:
The Canal Street Post Office is the worst. Lisa at the pick up line will be rude and yell at you even if it's their fault that she and the rest of the staff have lost your package, even with a delivery slip a day after delivery. If you call they hang up on you or put you on hold for over 20 minutes. They're rude and enjoy being rude back. When I called locate a package (that they lost), all phone operators transfered me numerous times, got defensive that they couldn't find my mail and were obnoxious to no end. Their response for losing my package was, ""I don't know where your package is!"" Click. In the end, you lose. Stay away or try to be at home when a package needs to be delivered. I'd love for everyone to experience the rude service on the other end of: 212-966-9573 (Ms. Garcia, you're no help either!)
