Review content:
Everyone raves about Vietnam in Chinatown, but this is where Philly's Vietnamese go to eat, so you know it's good! Their menu is more extensive than most, and you almost can't go wrong. The pho is good... you can get better, but that is usually at places that serve little more than pho. One of my favorites is the banh hoi nem nuong... a dish of grilled pork meatballs that you wrap in rice paper with various vegetables and noodles and dip in yummy peanut sauce. I've heard complaints about the service, but regulars know you don't really go here expecting top notch service. Your waiters will not check on you throughout the meal, and you don't have to wait for ""your"" waiter to ask for something... as I was told early on, everyone is your waiter here. Anyway, the food is well worth it. One warning... be prepared to fight for a parking space on the weekend.
Pros: Great food, good value
Cons: Service for those not used to it, parking is a terror on weekends
