Sadly, I can't recommend this place. The food is good but not good enough for even their chefs to follow the school's recipes. One of the instructors, Phyllis, talks AT the students and while a good portion of the students get busy with the first tasks she hands out, she will only teach the last 2 or 3 that left. The classes aren't planned very well (timing of cooking ingredients, having the right tools and ingredients around, etc.) so be prepared for a frenetic day. And bring a pen because the teachers make changes to the recipes. Pros: food and drinks -- lots of them, parking, most of the instructors good teachers and engaging Cons: disorganized, unprepared, bad for big groups
