I am a fan of their location on Ft Lauderdale Beach however, 4 of us went here today for lunch. The waitress / bartender who was the server at our table had a horrible attitude. The "Half" of chicken parm sub she servered me was LITERALLY 3" long. It was so bad that the whole table was like daaaamn wtf is that? So, I asked the waitress with the "charming personality" if this was indeed a half of a sandwich and got a snotty "YES" response. I am not kidding it looked like the end of the bread quiznos cuts off their sub roll. It was truely PATHETIC. She also charged me for a refill on ice tea without mentioning it, just grabbed my cup and refilled and charged me another $1.39. These tactics are uncalled for and I will not be back to this location.\r

While we were there she also snapped at this lil sweet old couple in the booth behind us when they asked politely to order more food..\r
