Review content:
Pho 75 is a big open room full of tables (and some smoke) without charm. However, when the big bowl of noodle soups shows up only minutes after ordering, who cares! It's a great place to go on a cold fall day when you only have a few bucks to your name and want to get out for a bit.
Pros: cheep, quick, delicious
Cons: smokey, bare bones atmosphere
