I have been a Hansen's customer for20 years and then some. The cakes have never failed to be amazing. I can't imagine the situations that people have written about the product being so horrible. The customer service issues are there but if a product is good, I can get past some things. All the flavors I have ordered are great. I have never had a problem with the decoration or last minute changes. I would say maybe I've been lucky but I have ordered too many cakes (from5 inch to 4 tier weddingcakes) for that to be the case. AND, for the skeptics out there, I am not a Hansen's employee.
