All special order. You can't stock pricey tiles coming in 15 shapes and 60 colors..
The staff knows that it is a hard sell and that after you price out a small project people will walk out most of time
They have the most useless selection of special order tiles in the industry with number 1 Walter Zanger.
The only think they care in their selection is exclusivity so they don't have to really discount their tiles
