Review content:
I was googling for this store's phone numbers when I stumbled upon this negative comments. I just wanted to defend my neighborhood cleaners by saying that I've never had any problems with suit tailoring or pant hemming. My dress shirt collars are always crisp and I've never had a problem with damaged goods. (nor have any of my friends and coworkers who I've recommended to this establishment)
They're English is kind of rough, but I've known Sung and Joo Kim over the years ever since the store was known as ""Lexus Cleaners"" and they have been nothing but incredibly accomodating and understanding of my dry cleaning needs. As long as you're deliberate with your speech and demonstrate what you need done, they will understand 100%.
if there are any cons of the actual dry cleaning it would be the 2% of the time that the laundry/dry cleaning was not finished on time.
Pros: expert tailoring and pressing
Cons: owner's english is a little rough
