I've lived in here for about six months and can't wait to leave. The show model is nice with new carpets, appliances and very clean. The actual apartment you get has dirty carpets and very old appliances that break constantly and are not energy efficent. It takes a long time to get maintance to come because they are so busy since a lot of apt. have problems. Most of the time when they do come there is nothing they can do because the appliances are just old and they won't replace them. Basically you just have to deal with it. The apt is about 1100 sq ft and our electric bill is 240 which is extremely high since we keep the air at 80. You can't keep your car clean because the spinklers are not set properly so they spray everywhere including on your vehicle which has oxidized and ruined the paint. Some of the neighbors allow there kids to swim late at night which I wouldn't mind if they kept it down but they scream loudly. I am also picking up others trash because the ground is sometimes used as a garbage can.
Pros: big floor plans, all pets excepted
Cons: pretty much everything else
