The management is very rude and technical support girl is a snot, seriously, if you ask a question about a product and what it may or may not do., This girl gets so upset and rolls her eyes they whole time and has this attitude problem because you're actually making her do her job, like she has 50 other things better to do than to answer your question. The owner hides in his little office all day long and has like 3 people do the heavy lifting of stones a products and the manager, I believe her name is Peggy wants them to be on her every beck and call. While the cashier guys never pay attention when you check out or need to leave a message, trust me its work the extra bucks to just go to pearl paint and actually have people that WANT you to be there.
Pros: they have a lot of stuff for cheap
Cons: they act like your lower than them if you ask a question and apparently hate having customers browse.
