Review content:
I recently called Action Autio Glass on a Saturday after my car was broken into on Friday. They said they had the part and could fix my window monday am. I dropped off my car in the morning and didn't recieve a call when it was supposed to be done. I had to call and they told me that they had the wrong part and would order it overnight. 2 days went by with a new excuse each day, never taking responisbility themselves or offering a discount. After 4:45 pm on Wed, I called and they put me on hold for about 20 min then said that it wouldn't be in till thur. almost 1 whole week after my break in and still no window. I was obviously very unhappy and instead of being apologetic the two guys who own this placed, said they had no control over the mistakes, didn't care, and I could take my business someplace else. they even threatened me physically when I told them they were running their business poorly.
Cons: Bad Customer Service, Bad Relationship with Distributor, No Knowledge of Industry or Shipping
