have been to the Banfield Pet Hospital 1736 in Austin about six times for one initial visit. I had an absolutely horrible experience there and will never be back.
They were way overpriced, they bullied me into expensive tests for my dog that was unnecessary, they lost my insurance paperwork causing me to make three unnecessary trips there, were rude and completely incompetent.
The Taco Bell down the street is a well-oiled mecca run by geniuses compared to that hospital. The only saving grace there is a young woman named Debbie. She was the only one who seemed to care and know what was going on.
Cons: Overpriced, Scammers, Incompetent
