Review content:
I received a facial and massage at Bliss Soho. This place has a nightclub atmosphere. The lighting is bright and flashy. The reception area is like the waiting area in front of a club behind the velvet ropes waiting to go in. The noise level inside the treatment rooms from the staff & guest is very annoying. So far not so good. I was on time, but the therapists were running late, so instead of receiving the full treatment, time was deducted (like I would not check my watch and notice.) The final nail in the coffin is the hard sell of products waiting for you when you try to check out. If you say no, they look at you like you are not worthy of their services and should not come back to Bliss ... Well guess what ? I am staying away from Bliss forever !!!
