I purchased 2 gas inserts from Ashaway having spent over $6K. Having called 3 x and not receiving a return call; finally got through to an associate explained that I was looking to have some cleaning done on the stoves and asked Bob if he wld call me back. NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALL! Price associate quoted me was ridiculous. So much for customer service!!! I had recommended this company to a number of our family and friends. Rest assured I will do everything to inform them of Ashaway's poor service. I'm sorry I didn't review other bloggers before I made my purchases. BE AWARE!!!!!!
