The showroom isn't fancy, it's actually in a residence. The stuff isn't for extremely picky people. It's a high-value option. Great for rentals, or for those who can live with not having the most popular, trendy, fashionable selection of colors, but still want the high quality product/install, then this is for you.
There's no sales-pitch, it is bottom-line selling. No wiggle room, just other product options to fit your budget. Obviously the negative reviewers must have been expecting high-dollar products at bargain prices. This is more of a higher value versus Home Depot or Lowes.
