I'm glad to share my very negative experience w/Kerry's L & G. On 2/3 of this year I put a deposit of $200 on a Toro cultivator attachment for a mini skid loader. Sales rep Steve had given me a very convincing demo of this implement at my house. He said it would be shipped out from Minn. in mid-March when the truck had a full load to ship out. I was willing to wait it out even though I could have used it sooner due to mild winter. Mid March came and I gave Steve a call to see what was up. He told me that Toro had sent the ones they had manufactured to southern states where the season starts earlier. He told me I'd have to wait til mid-June for the next availability. I asked about selling me the demo he said he couldn't because of showing other customers-- nonsense. Why frustrate other customers with something you can't deliver on. I deal w/L & G companies in the Lebanon area that would have sold me the demo to make amends on a broken promise and keep a good customer. Kerry's didn't and for that I will not deal with them in the future. For the record they did return my deposit.
