Jefferson (I think that was his name) came out to deal with my honey bee problem quickly. He did an excellent job in terms of assessing what to do, getting it done quickly, and answering my many questions. Follow up with Steve for removal proved the company is honest, straightforward, and quick on turn around. Steve was frank in his discussion and advice to me which saved me a LOT of money...when does a company do that these days? I would use Little Giant again in a heartbeat.
