Rent is affordable for first lease. After first lease is over rent goes up by hundreds of dollars. People openly smoke drugs on property especially in pool area and there has been a lot of crime thefts. My apartment was broken into and my property was stolen. My neighbor home was also broken into and his family property was stolen. If you live at Mill Creek and your home was broken into please email me and tell me about what happened. Maybe criminal who stole from you is also person who stole from I and my neighbor. singh1970tech@hotmail
