Review content:
Budget Exteriors deceived me into signing into a contract with them because they said not acting quickly would result in more damage to my home. When I tried to cancel the next day they told me I couldn't cancel even though they provided me cancellation paperwork which states you have 3 days to cancel. I would have to pay 25% of the cost as damages. The man on the phone said they would take me to binding arbitration where I would lose and also have to pay their fees. A week after me e-mailing, calling, certify mailing my cancellation paperwork they mail me stating that they believe I am trying to cancel my contract after the cancellation period and that now I would have to pay 25%. I contacted the list of departments below and they folded quickly. Later when I checked with other businesses to get the work done I found out Budget Exteriors was trying to charge me 2-4 times as much as competitors.
