Review content:
Visited this dental office today because my best friend referred me. First of all, great contemporary office. Furniture is very cool and the latte/refreshment bar is super chic. Judy at the front desk was very welcoming when I entered and knew my name which is great considering I work with the public all day every day and customer service to me is a must. She already had all my new patient paperwork as I was able to sent it in days before from their website. Jessica took me back right away and began taking some photos. This was cool because when we walked back to the dental room, my pictures were already on the screen. I asked how, in shock, and she mentioned it downloaded the pics wireless. Very cool. She began asking me questions, and actually listening to my ideas and my fears of my teeth and why I had not been to the dentist in may years. We discussed cosmetic changes that I wanted for myself. Jessica then mentioned that was the "easy' part. She mentioned getting my teeth and gums healthy first. Doc came in for my exam, very quick and painless. He showed me some pictures of my teeth on the TV using this little wand thing. He treatment planned some cavities for me and then I got my teeth cleaned right after with Michelle. She was great!! She is also a Duck fan :P Very painless cleaning, unlike my other cleanings before. Sounds silly but I was actually flossing wrong. Who knew. Jessica had my treatment plan ready when I walked up. She checked me out for the day and scheduled my next 2 visits all in her room. Very cool office and technology. If you do not love your dentist......You need to go see Dr. Friedman and the Mod Squad gals. Thanks guys!
