Review content:
Let me first say that it is pretty obvious that the positive comments written hear were done by staff from Ontel, which is pretty pathetic to say the least. I hired 2 Ontel guards for a wedding reception that I hosted for my sister. I was promised well trained and professional officers, instead they sent me two 18 to 20 year kids that looked like they had slept in their uniforms, and didn't exactly impress me with their lack of maturity and know how. Anyway, as it turned out two of my guests had their cars broken into and stuff stolen out of it while these so called professionals were supposed to be watching the parking lot. I have also spoken to other friends of mine who own or manage businesses in town that have used Ontel over the last few years, and all of them have told me that this is pretty much what you get form Ontel when you hire them. My advice, look elsewhere if you need to hire a security company.
