I went to this salon because I thought it was supposed to be classy and trendy, I was very unimpressed. First of all, the salon itself was ugly, it reminded me of a Supercuts environment. After being told not to be late or I would be charged (they take your credit card info when you make your appointment), I made sure to arrive a few minutes early...only to find my stylist had not arrived to work yet, so I was the one left to wait!!! The stylist finally arrived about 20 minutes late. I discussed with her the cut I wanted and I even brought several pictures with me to show her. Well, the cut I got was nothing like what I wanted. I was butchered! I told her I didn't like it and she tried to fix it in some way, but there wasn't any hair left to fix. The other stylists kept looking, but nobody offered to help...not even the owner, Dearinger himself! I was so disgusted. I thought I was going to a professional salon with experienced stylists...I was wrong, it was a terrible experience.
