Review content:
The staff at this location have always been unprofessional. The wait time is crazy. It's usually only one dentist working in the office at a time, going from patient to patient. Which I wouldn't have a problem with if they would space out the appointments. They are not always open when they say they are. They don't like to admit when they have done something wrong. I've traveled several miles for an appointment one day, only to find the office was closed. They were in fact open, they just didn't want to see any patients that day yet they scheduled them. They don't know how to schedule follow up appointments and they don't call about things they should be calling on. So after you pay your money for a major procedure, you can bet they will not follow through on what you paid for because they already received their money. They have several unanswered complaints if you look at their online profile. I've asked to speak to a different manager however the manager is never available and there is no corporate office. You would do better off letting an 8 year old fix your teeth.
