Review content:
On April 16th, while staying in Austin on a business trip, my vehicle was broken into and ransacked for at least $5.00 worth of change. The perps broke my passenger side window. I am in sales and I usually pack any given sales trip with as many calls as I can, thus I don't allow for incidental happenings which can set me back. The desk attendant at Holiday Inn Express called a few auto-glass companies, and I called a few as well. Longhorn had done body work for my son before, so I called them. Larry was the only person who responded to my call at 7:15am. He and his staff scrambled to get all of the necessary parts to repair my window and track which was damaged in the break-in. Larry and his staff were most courteous and even led me to a tinter so I could also get that window tinted before I left Austin. In all, I was only ""down"" a few hours, then back on the road to complete my week. I've dealt with many shops in this industry in various towns, and frankly this is the only shop that I feel truly understands customer service. Kudos to Longhorn Collision Center, the exception!! I'd recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repair.
