Businiess name:  Autotech Import Car Repairs

Review content:
Autotech is the kind of shop you want to drop by even when your car isn't broken. Emil, the owner, is a very smart man with a great personality. They are incredibly busy - you can barely squeeze your car onto the lot - but he always remembers every detail of my car and anything I said during my last visit. I have a high-mileage Saab and have thought about ditching it several times but Emil convinced me it was a solid vehicle and has rebuilt it into a near-new car that I really love to drive and will probably run to 300,000 miles, at a fraction of the cost of a new one. He takes the time to explain and show exactly what has gone wrong with my car and why, and I have always felt 100% confident about the diagnosis and cost estimate (it's never gone over, usually less). I am sure if the people who posted the bad review had taken that car back to Autotech Emil would have personally fixed and guaranteed whatever was wrong. Because that really doesn't sound like something that would happen under his supervision, and I'm sure he would never let any car go out of his shop like that.
