I stumbled across Citysearch and the reviews for Fulham Salon from the James Joseph website. I am not exactly sure why I chose to call Fulham (over James Joseph) but I did. I made an appointment with Igor to have the Keratin treatment to my hair. I have the type of hair that looks great for about 5 minutes after I finish styling it, then looks like a frizzy ball of confusion! I arrived at the salon and was greeted by Christopher. Igor promptly appeared and took the time to answer all my questions, first about coloring because I want to change my ""bleached blonde"" hair color and then about the keratin treatment. He then proceeded to start the keratin treatment. I could tell by watching him that he truly loves what he does. The treatment took about 3.5 hours. Some of the time was spent talking to Igor and some was spent in comfortable silence. Christopher was entertaining as he sang along to all the songs that played, I might add, all the songs that were hits when I was 21 years old. He was great and very sweet. I left the salon with the straightest, silkiest hair I have ever had in my life. I spent the next 4 days waiting to finally wash my new silky hair. I finally washed and styled it before work on Monday morning. I arrived at work and from the moment I did I received nothing but compliments on my new hairstyle and cut. The funny thing is that a scissor never touched my hair. Igor, you did a fabulous job on my hair and have gained a new client. I will be back in 2 days for the ""changing of the color"". I don't know if I am quite sold on the ""copper"" color you suggested but I am sure whatever color is chosen it will look great. See you then and thank you so much. My hair, even bleached blonde, looks wonderful! I am looking forward to the next HUGE step, THE COLOR!
