It's because these guys are so great! I tried them out based on the reviews here and am so glad I did. I just recently had some work completed, Oscar went through every detail of the repairs, what definitely needed to be done, what could wait, etc. He was honest from the start and I felt confident in making the final decisions about what repairs were needed. Car repairs can be expensive, but somehow Oscar manages to ease my pain with a good laugh or just plain sincerity. The employees are super nice. They make me feel like part of the family, the cost is very reasonable and I can honestly say they go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Who does that anymore? One small example; I had my new Tags and Plates laying on the back seat of my car when I took it in. The guys put them all on for me just because they could. I know it is an easy task that I could have done and they surely didn't have to do it, but that is just the kind of guys they are. As a female, I am always concerned about getting ripped off - that was before I used BWA. I know Ben White Automotive has resolved all of my issues regarding my car service and repairs. They even do warranty work! I have always had a good customer experience there and a great running car afterwards, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Ben White Automotive to my friends and family!
