In the past 2 months, we've had our A/C quit AND had problems arise with the function of our toilets.
Based on other positive reviews here on Citysearch, i tried Drain & Air Rescue, and was very pleased with both repairs.
Both techs were courteous, neat, showed up on-time, and took time to explain everything. It was plainly apparent that this company emphasizes trains their technicians in these matters.
The repair work itself was thorough and effective. The a/c was a simple, straightforward electrical problem, but the tech looked for other problems that could've contributed. The toilet issue was more complicated, and took some degree of exploration and problem solving - Tyler did a great job analyzing the problems we reported, and then did a thorough repair. So far everything is working great.
Overall, I'm very pleased. I'd recommend them to anyone.
