63 years old had a bad fall and hurt my shoulder and hand a taxi took me to Rocky River Urgent Care I arrived at 5:40 PM and was refused care by a Dr. Justin Smith because it was too late. I arrived before they closed and was turned back into the street without care. Do not go there only to be turned away if it is not convenient for them, I could have had a serious injury.
