Review content:
I bought a brand new Nissan Juke in November and had a bad sales experience. After the salesman and I had agreed on a fair price (above the dealer invoice cost), the dealer tried to add on a $600 ""dealer's fee."" They negotiated in bad faith. I then had starting and GPS problems within 2 weeks of the purchase. The Endicott Nissan dealer service dept. has been unable to even locate the source of the problems--never mind fix them. They return the car filthy (last time with 4 huge spots of bird crap on it) and unfixed. The service person told me to take the car to another Nissan dealer! Endicott sold the car and can't service it! I have brought the car back 3 times without any problems rectified. The last time, I left it with the dealer for 4 days at the suggestion of the service manager, Dennis Namor, so that they could find an ""intermittent"" problem as they termed it. The only thing I received in return was a lot of bird crap on the new paint. Now the dealer has just renamed itself ""Pompano Nissan"" and Dennis Namor is no longer working there! I can only assume that my awful experience with them was typical, and that they had to rename the dealer out of shame. DON'T BE FOOLED: STAY FAR AWAY FROM ENDICOTT-POMPANO NISSAN IN POMPANO BEACH.
