I have shopped this store for years also. I have done all my family and friends wedding cakes for the past 10 years or more and have ordered everything from this store. The staff has always gone out of there way to help.I needed over 250 star shaped cookie cutters and Carol made sure I got them and on time. I call and place orders and they always are friendly.I now live out of California but when I call to place an order I have no problems.You do not know how lucky you are to be able to get the stuff you need I can not get anything like this where I live I have to call Edwards and they always are there to help. What if she closed what would you do then? We all have bad days Maybe whan you are shopping you are having a bad day and choose to blame them. Be greatful they are there to sell to us. I do not know of any other place you can get specialty things like she offers.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. And will continue to shop at Edwards.
