Review content:
After signing a maintenance contract in 08, I had a serviceman in my home only twice. The first one added freon that was not indicated (charged me for the freon and a service call) on a free maintenance visit....the second one showed up with alcohol on his breath. When he did not perform the same tests as the one did previously, I asked him why? He said he just didn't feel good. That was March 0f 2010. I haven't had another visit, even though another appointment was set. The man just didn't show up, and didn't call either! When I asked the service manager, Todd Ferguson, for a refund of the price of a service contract, he told me he knew nothing of my problems, even though I had called, written, emailed and just recently sent a letter on January 2, 2012. He bluntly told me that a service contract is a legally binding contract and I have to live with it. He did not ever apologize, acted as though all the incidents were MY fault, but offered me another year on my contract to ""settle this matter."" I should have had four maintenance visits already during this past four year period, and just recently had to replace a unit because it had not been serviced. These fellows are extremely nice when selling their products, but do not back them up after market. I would never do business with this company again and would certainly question Mr Ferguson's managerial capabilities.
