We were desperate-our garage was flooding due to a blocked drain. They sent Chris out within 1/2 hour after our call. He went to work immediately. Roots from a Maple tree had wrapped around a pipe and broken the pipe. He was so professional and friendly and eased our minds as soon as he arrived. We will always call Roto-Rooter-this was our 3rd time and we have always been 100% pleased with the service. Would tell everyone with a plumbing problem to always contact Roto-Rooter for speedy, professional and perfect service. We are well satisfied and loyal customers.
