Review content:
We have a very old house in an historic district. In the past, about every year and a half, we have issues with the pipes that leave the house and go out to the main service drain. Predominately roots getting into the drain and stopping the natural flow. And every year and a half we have back up problems. We have called Roto Rooter and they have come out immediately and taken care of everything. This year we decided to be pro-active so we wouldn't face the same problem in the dead of winter.Our service tech Sean #1680 and Jim couldn't have been more professional, or more helpful. Gave us a few tips as to what we can do to help prevent a 'yearly check-up', and so very friendly. Many thanks to both of you. You are excellent representatives for your company.
